This is a metasite (a compilation of links to other resources) for Online Curriculum Resources. The sites may or may not integrate technology. One of the links I liked was the Internet Public Library, especially the links on the left to KidSpace and TeenSpace. These would be library-type teaching resources, not lesson plans. Other links on the metasite did lead to lesson plans.

Ben's Guide to US Government for Kids

It has many clips from public television. It is very easy to search, easy to download from and it's free!!!
